I lost 6 pounds the first two weeks but I only had 18 to lose and had been cutting back on carbs for awhile before I started. I didn't exercise due to an injury, but just restarted. Please don't skip lunch, so important to eat at least every 6 hours. Take some raw veggies to snack on if that is the least you can do.
