My biggest key Ive found is of course following this WOE, but with EXERCISE. Ive done it both ways, and I just dont lose, I feel worse about myself, and am much hungrier and more likely to overeat if I dont exercise. I finally started back last week and the improvement in just 5 days is shocking. Also, if you slip up, get right back on track!
