Excercise is key for me...and not weighing EVERY minute. Also being very forgiving of myself helps tremendously. I work horribly under guilt, so I quit beating myself up. And Buddies make a huge difference. Find one and work out with them. COmpetition is great and so is having someone to chat with while you're sweating away
