great advice all around.
My keys are
1) Water water water
2) Exercise is NOT optional. Weight training AND cardio.
3) Set goals and have rewards that are NOT food related.
4) Plan meals ahead of time, don't be caught in a high carb situation.
5) When you are tempted to cheat, just ask if that food is worth being fat. Every little bit counts.
