Congrats Big John, you are doing great. I know what you mean about aching when you get up in the morning. My feet used to kill me to just put them on the floor. I know that the huge amount of water I am drinking has made a tremendous difference in me. Keep up the good work!! Maybe one day soon you won't need the test strips or any meds for diabetes.
