if you are not a lunch eater try having one or two snacks in the middle of the day....suggestions that worked for me when my schedule didn't permit lunch: half advocado, 1 1/2 oz macadamia nuts(i ate them on induction), half can tuna with mayo and jalapenos, or a hard boiled egg. i have a tough time eating breakfast (you mean coffee doesn't count??? ) so i have the eggs. the combo of fat/protien will help keep your fat burning, and energy levels up!
