Hi clan
I suppose that like a lot of people who are on a new way of eating I often find myself thinking "now what am I going to eat next?" and start getting peckish. However when I am really busy (I tutor college students at home and sometimes I am flat-out for hours on end) I sometimes look at the clock and think "Wow it's 3 o'clock and I haven't eaten since breakfast", so I will have maybe a small can of tuna with a few slices of onion or a few pieces of left over roast meat, or a 2 egg omelette, then I'm right until dinner.

Under the old regime I would get absolutely starving late morning and end up pigging out on a couple of meat pies or a Burger King Whopper double beef and cheese, large fries and large coke. Or a pizza.... or one and a half pizzas.... or.....
