overall i get more energy is more consistent while on CKD... while on an SKD/Atkins diet, there are days i feel weak and can't even imagine getting on the cardio machines or getting on the bench or picking up the dumbells... now i feel energetic every day of the week (including day before carb-up!)
potassium defficient? what do you mean? can you ellaborate?
any of you CKDers feel or even look bigger VS while you're on a regular lowcarb diet?
