my boyfriend has a 27.5 inch waist... he wear Levi Silvertabs of course he loves his jeans kinda baggy so we buy 29's and he wears a belt. You can usually catch these on sale at Jcpenny for 25 + they usually run 50-70 in other stores in the mall.. hope this helps
