It seems like lately I have a lot of questions. Thank you all for your help!

I do have one more.....this one seems weird to me....

Lately I seem to get headaches everytime I am outside in the sun. My eye can't handle the sun that well either. I have never had problems with the sun until after I started low carb.

Is anyone experiencing the same thing?

At first I thought, maybe I ate something that gave me a headache (like miscounted carbs or something else) but the last couple days I intentionally went outside in the fun for 15 minutes and got a headache. I came inside and after half an hour my headache was gone. After a while I went back outside and the same thing happened again.

I need to walk every day, so this sun thing is really annoying. Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
