have you tried adding some metabolism boosting spices to you foods? try jalepeno peppers with your meat salads, or ginger, or horseradish with meats, cayenne with anything! you also don't mention if you are eating fats, it is important o keep eating healthy fats (like olive oil) to supress hunger and boost fat burning. just my opinion!
