1 lb a week is nothing to shake a stick at, girl.....You're probably loosing MUCH faster than you put it on

I'd ask for your old clothes...but I'm not planning on being that size much longer I've got the cholesterol & BP down..but my scale seem to be stuck, also.

But, above all.....we're getting HEALTHIER!!
