I would wait it out.
I've been doing 2200-2500 calories per day the last 3 months and haven't had any problems losing the weight.
Make sure you're drinking enough water.
You could always add some more working out to burn more calories as well.
That's what I've done to break two stalls. I added another 40min of exercycle to each day until they broke.
