My husband was a truck driver and I went with him on a trip and weighed myself on one of those machines that you find in bathrooms, and was just in utter and complete shock to find that I weighed 325 lbs. I promptly went on Atkins on july 8th, 2000 and lost 78 lbs by our wedding in november of 2000, only to do a planned cheat for my wedding and gain almost all the weight back. I've been working to get back to it for years now, and have finally got myself straightened out.
