oh yeah baby i did it!! heheheh whohooooo feels so GREAT!! what a buzz!! hahahahaaaa......seriously!! nothing feels better than doing the right thing!! today i was so motivated by the scale showing 220 FINALLY i really pushed myself and hit failure on almost every exercise!! ( this means that you cannot do one more rep in proper form) i am so proud of myself!! i will post all the details in my gym log in a sec. i just want to take a moment to express how proud OF YOU ALL i am. you are all trying so hard to do the right thing for your bodies and ITS WORKING!!! just keep it up ok?? keep holding my hand and one day we will look up and notice that we are freakin hotties!!!! hehehehehee whohooooooooooooo!

ok...ok...im off to ye ole gym log and then to my journal to see whatz goin on.....then to visit you all as soon as i can!! keep up the GREAT work ladies!!
