We don't have an instant message system. But you could send a PM for them to meet you in the chat room if you want.

Just click on the chat logo at the bottom of the main page, and it will open up a new window for chatting.

I'll check to see if TV browsers can handle this. Stay tuned (or give it a try to see if it works) as I'm still checking for the calc/browser thing.
