4/15/04 - WAP 1 mile, 20 min. & RS Abs workout, 28 min.
4/16/04 - 30 minutes step aerobics tape (need to work up to full hour)
4/17/04 - Rest day
4/18/04 - Rest day (sick day)
On Saturday I ran errands and just chilled, and today I have been sick to my stomach and had a headache all day. Having pain "down there" too, maybe it's TOM coming back, I dunno. LOL! But tomorrow is a new day and no rest for the weary........
