I also once bought Trader Joe's yogurt hard cheese (it had active cultures and actually sliced like regular cheddar type cheese), but I didn't like the taste at all, and would much rather just eat yogurt.

I do make soft yogurt cheese by draining it in a special yogurt cheese maker. It's a great substitute for cream cheese, etc.
