Anybody exercise on rebounder?
I just started exercising on a rebounder 3 days ago. At first I thought it was easy and wondered if I was really getting enough exercise on it but now my thighs and abs are sore and I guess it's working.
I would like to have the benefit of other's experience with this type exercise. Has it been beneficial for you? Thanks!
