2 oatmeal cookies + sorbet =

Ok, I have only cheated twice in a whole year. The first time was at my brothers wedding and the second was 3 nights ago. I was at someone's house for dinner and she had made this dessert especially for my mom and I thinking that we were on a low fat diet. Oatmeal cookies and a fruit sorbet. By what I have read on this forum I expected water weight the next day but I lost half a pound and now 3 days later have not gained anything from it. Just thought I would post this because people are always interested in what happens when people cheat. I think that the key is to get right back on atkins the next day.
By the way, my mom did gain a pound from it but has since lost it.
