Hi everyone. I'm totally new here and I am enjoying reading all of your posts. I need all the help I can get. I dont' have a lot of "weight" to lose. Just want to lose some body fat. I started working out at the local gym. I've been doing awesome. And then it happened. I cheated, and it didn't stop for the past 3 days. Today I did alright but I am determined to make it work. I"m going to go out and buy a rotisseri chicken from SuperStore and pick up some premade salads and eat that for lunch and dinner every day for 2 weeks along with eggs and bacon or ham for breakfast. I WANT this more than anything right now. When I'm feeling good about myself, everything else falls into place. I have to remember this. I am the only one in control of getting where I want to be. I can use all the help I can get. PS with the new Atkins salads at Subway , if we eat one every day would that work? 8 net carbs for the roasted chicken with mustard sauce and man are they awesome. Thanks.
