Thanks Nat, I knew you would be the voice of reason and get me back on the ground Maybe I'll give it until the I hit the one week mark...
I think that I may not be eating enough cals and that the problem (well as long as that bread episode is out of my system ), can you make any suggests there - macadamia nuts, cream cheese...well maybe not the diary...
What's involved in a food fast? Is that the creamcheese/macadamia nuts thing from atkins...I can look that recipe up if it is...
