I agree that it's probably healthier to not reinforce the food/feelings connection, but if taking a walk or a nice warm bath and things like that aren't doing the trick and you really just want something... I'd say the recipe forum is full of ideas. My personal "thing" is my apple cinnamon herbal tea with some cream and Splenda.
