I would say before lc'ing I had a moderate carb addiction - if I didn't have them, I didn't want them...BUT, put a plate of spagetti in front of me, and I didn't know when to stop - I could easily eat 2 plates full - plus other stuff. I have never been the type who could have a little of this and a little of that and be satisified....today I can!
