I tend to check in whenever I'm on the computer for ANY reason. Pay the phone bill, check the boards...chat with daughter...check the boards... reward for getting the housework done? Check the boards...can't sleep? You guessed it!

Simply checking my mail and seeing the "New Message" notifications can suck me in! I'm enforcing some time limits now, but I can easily kick off a few replies several times a day...<sigh>
