Thank you for sharing, great read. I also thought that the no carb sweet treats were going to be just the thing to make this not a diet. Just imagine eat all the meat, eggs, cheese, mayo I want and then have chocolate candy. Not so, such an upset stomach the next day if I have 2 servings of any of those products and if I have 1 everyday I stall.
So, I've picked the one thing I really crave, and if I were going to cheat it would and has in the past been ice cream. I keep the low carb ice cream for those times I'm determined to cheat. Better than getting dressed and going out for the real thing.
