What about leftovers!
Cold chicken, steak, a salad, canned tuna or salmon. It may seem odd at first but it's quite refreshing to have a salad for breakfast. I sometimes eat a can of salmon right out of the can. No dishes to wash.
Crab salad is fine as long as it's not fake crab. Three ounces has 8.5 grams of carbs!!!
Just make sure that you count the carbs in all the ingredients that you put in the salad. Three ounces of Dungeness crab meat has .8 grams of carbs. Have it for breakfast!
