Thanks for the article. Very interesting. I think the key to the success of the diet is that blood sugar is controlled which means that insulin is having a minimal effect on the body. Hunger is held in check because there are no blood sugar peaks and valleys which would normally lead to a need to eat more carbs!
No great mystery, just common sense!
