It is so dissapointing to see how much being under the weather affects one's workouts .... went to Curves today, as I thought I was feeling a bit better .... very, very low energy ... almost didn't finish .... sure was slow going .... hope I fell much better tomorrow as the weather here is just beautiful and I want to walk ....
