I'd love to join you guys on the July challenge. I had been loosing 10 lbs. per month until joining the Easter challenge in January and my weight loss practically stopped. Since then, I've only been loosing about 2 lbs. a month and frustration has begun to set in. Hope we all make the 10 lbs. loss mark!
