I really am dragging this week. I keep finding things "to do" so I don't have to work out. But honestly, I am absolutely "out of gas" exhausted. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong, but evidently it's something.
Treadmill, program #4, max speed 3.4, Max upgrade 7%, duration 60 minutes, distance 3.01 miles.
Weight machine, 3 circuits 3 times each.
