i've read a couple other posts on it-- mixed reviews.... i looked into it but it seems too expensive and not for the general dieter (more for people with serious cortisol problems). Have u had your cortisol tested?--your doctor can do it for you. If your levels are normal, there's really no need to waste money on relacore becasue it won't be effective in reducing cortisol below the level necessary for bodily function (yes, cortisol has many other super important roles in the body besides storing ab fat)
