I'm a lil confused you guys. I plugged in my requirements, (5'4", 126 lbs, 22 years old) and I came back with 1405 calories. I've lowered my calorie intake as it had been way too high to around 1200. Do you think this is too low? I was following yalls advice and going for aprox. 10 times my body weight. Is this ok?
