Well, after an unplanned easter binge I am back on induction. I have no problem moving back to this except for the sweets, I stay away from cola and fake chocolate. I did just get some Keto-slim shakes and I have used them before and I liked them BUT not while I was LCing or on induction for that matter. Does anyone have any opinion on if these are a no-no for someone who has been doing the LC thing for a while?
