Its hard to find with all that info, but the list Elsah posted says 2 cups of dairy daily and 1 tbsp mayo or oil per meal for lunch and dinner and 1 tsp for breakfasts. I'm assuming the cheese is factored into the daily dairy amount since its not listed on its own... someone please correct me if I'm wrong.
SB is low saturated fat so cheese needs to be the low fat kind too.
