I'm always smiling in the mirror and for the camera. I no longer worry about how the picture will turn out. I'm with you all though, my tummy seems to be a permanent part of my body and I have already begun looking into a tummy tuck procedure/cost for my final "look". I'm afraid even with the new me, the old belly skin will always be there.
