Welcome, I'm sabrina and I am new here as well. I've been LCing for 5 days now. I also am returning back to this diet from a long time ago. I have hypothyroidism and I had a baby etc. etc. Just wanted to let you know that there are alot of buddies here that are always there for you when you need them.
