Okay, I had my galbladder out too and guess what/I can't handle lactose in any milk products. Try coconut milk...stir it well in the can - I know it sounds wierd and its a different taste, but once you get it cold it's not so bad. A little bit to your coffee is nice. Or put some on FlaxOMeal low carb cereal?
Hey, you need to re-think what breakfast IS!!!
Breakfast can be ANY protein food...I favor leftovers/cold from the fridge from the night before...
...and so what? You only like hard boiled eggs - so eat that for breakfast and vary what you eat with that regularly. Almost anything is good on an HB egg.
