Default What was your motivation to exercise?

I want to start exercising to get toned for the summer time but the problem is that I can't get motivated to go. See, I have a membership to the Y and I never go. Can you believe that, I pay $50 a month for something that I don't even use. Should I cancel my membership and try something else. I really want to start burning more fat. Does exercising speed up the results of this diet, or does it leave you tired and useless. What made you go?
