HI all.. my mom is making one of my favorite things right now and I can't eat it when it is done. * BUT I was hoping I could make it a low carb way... She is making Turkey pot pies. So I need some ideas on how to make the crust. Not sure if I can just use soy flour instead of white flour or ?? Has anyone made pumpkin pies or apple pies??? What did you use for the crust??
