it will make you so hungry that you (will naturally) eat more carbohydrate.

Hmmm...grass for lunch, flowers for dinner... or is it OK to eat shoe leather?

In 1899 the head of the US Patent Office declared that it would soon shut down as everything that could possibly be invented was already invented. Apparently he wasn't reading Einstein, Bell, the Wright Brothers, Ford, Edison, Marconi and a few others. I wonder if this "self-proclaimed nutritionist" has ever read a low carb book? Perhaps she just wants guilt-free toast and jam for breakfast.

Too bad she didn't go to the homepathic basis of the matter and explain what happens to your body when the average intake of carbohydrates is about 500 grams per day, and what happens to your pancreas when you continuously eat highly glycemic foods, no matter how low the carb count is, or the fact that grains and sugar are toxic substances for many, if not most people. La-dee-da... Does she care at all that the poor Eskimos must be frying their brains with blubber?

Once carbohydrates or proteins have been changed into fats, they cannot change back again. Those calories have to be burned off as fats, which is very hard to do.

Wow, she almost discovered the A-Bomb.
