Some properties, snag people in w/ a good rate for the first year, only to jack it up to what they call the 'market value' at the end of the term, non negotiable...and then you are faced with having to pay more or move.

Also, will the drive be more of a hassle with the weather conditions? All in all, I did go back to bed, its now 10 am, and I think dh woke up feeling better, so we are going to go to the 11 oclock service.. I am STARVING this morning, but down a pound! =)
