On induction I think it's fairly easy to get calories low...but you don't have to. Is it possible that you're not losing because you're not getting enough calories? I've lost all my weight without paying any attention to calories. The closer I get to goal the more I pay attention to whether it's affecting my loss, but so far it hasn't. Not everyone needs to count calories. I just wasn't sure if you started counting calories because your loss had slowed, or because you had heard you should here.
