I am following the program to a T. Atleast as I know it. The food is great! I think that is what freaks me out --- nourishing and loving myself... imagine that!!!!! Instead of DEPRIVATION!!!!

Have you found that there are a few basic guidelines? --- that are really general rules. What recommended changes do you guys have after the 14 days?
