I have a before picture but not one of my heaviest weight. Many people would say I wasn't overweight but when I realized I could sit down and have my stomach and my bust meet--well, let's just say that it wasn't one of my better days. The realizatin of just how much weight I'd gained (and here's me thinkin' where did it come from????) combined with the horribly unwell feelings I had been having was the beginning of changes.

And that's what it's about isn't it? Not really what other people's perceptions are of your weight or health but your own level of comfort inside your own skin, so to speak . . .

Anyway, thank you again and congrats. You should be really proud of yourself--for the changes and for sharing your story with us.
