I am off the induction period of Atkins, and just sort of watching how many carbs I eat (not really good at only adding so many per week) and I finally made it to 200 pounds! At the end of February I was 212! Now to go for 195, then 190 etc. I am so stoked! Yippee for me! The jazzercise is working!
