1) Cucumbers dipped in Ranch (I made the Lipton Ranch in a box and mixed it with sour cream as directed)
2) Pork Rinds...though I got very sick of them, so I switched over to the spicy ones for variety.
3) Coffee with cream and Splenda...Starbucks freshly ground!
4) Low carb ice cream every 3-4 days helped keep me sane...though it was kinda cheating
