My 2 cents...
You may be much like me. If I eat salty foods I retain water weight like mad, sausage, ham, pork rinds... I blow up like a balloon. Also, I can't eat more than 1,500 to 1,700 and still lose, even when I'm working out like I should (which I need to improve on). I think cutting out the cream cheese, reducing the salt and upping the veggies would do the trick.
