Congrats on your 5km! Whoo Hoo!
My first 5k of the year is going to be the Mothers Day Run.... I love that one!
For stitches....I slow down or walk fast, deep breaths and at the same time raise your arm (on the same side you're getting your pains) and stretch way up high!
Someone told me that once upon a time.....and lo & behold it worked! Hope it does for you too!
