I'm gonna really try to stick with it this week even though AF is here! whaaaaaaaaa!

I do keep a journal but have never "opened" it! Anyway....I'm so glad to see everyone having such great results.

AF is here this week, but I'm not going to get all depressed over what she does...SHE IS A MEAN WOMAN!!!

I'm not even going to step on the scales until the end of the week . . no need it it...I'm bloated and that would only upset me. .so why bother when I know what it does!!!
